1. Purpose and legal framework.
This cookie policy aims to inform users, in advance and in a clear and complete manner, about the use of data storage and retrieval devices on their terminal equipment, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 13/2012, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Guide on the use of cookies published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
2. No cookies requiring consent.
We expressly state that this website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, audience measurement, behaviour-based content personalisation, advertising, behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking or any other category requiring the user's prior, informed and specific consent. No web analytics tools from any provider are used, nor pixels, web beacons, device identifiers, browser fingerprinting or similar technologies belonging to social networks or advertising platforms. For this reason, and this reason only, this website does not display a cookie banner, pop-up or settings panel: there is no processing for which consent must be requested, and the law does not require such mechanisms when no cookies requiring consent are used.
3. No local storage.
Nor does the website use the browser's local storage (localStorage or sessionStorage), browser databases or any other technology functionally equivalent to a cookie for the purposes of Article 22.2. Your language choice is not saved on your device: each language version of the site has its own web address. The help assistant on the page runs entirely in your browser, does not keep the questions asked once the page is closed or reloaded and does not send their content to any server.
4. No third-party resources.
Loading the pages of this website does not trigger any request to third-party servers: fonts, images, video, style sheets and scripts are served from the website itself. Browsing therefore neither sets third-party cookies nor discloses your IP address to other companies. The links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and the business's Google profile only connect to those platforms when you choose to click them; from that moment you leave this website and the cookie and privacy policies of the relevant platforms apply.
5. Browser settings.
Although this website does not set cookies or store information on your device, you can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies and other site data, usually from the preferences menu under privacy and security. Doing so does not affect how the website works.
6. Updates to this policy.
This policy may be amended when required by law or when the technologies used by the website change; the version in force at any time will be published at this same address. If cookies or tools requiring consent were added in the future, consent would be requested before their use through a notice in which accepting and rejecting are equally easy.
